We want you to be confident buying credits. Here's how refunds work.
1. Unused credit refunds
Within 1 year of purchase, you can request a full refund of any unused credit balance. We refund to the original payment method via our merchant of record (Paddle).
- The refund amount is the unused balance at the time of the request β credits already spent on AI calls are not refundable.
- Processing typically takes 3β10 business days, depending on your bank.
- If your account has been suspended for violating the Terms of Service, refunds are at our discretion.
2. After 1 year
Outside the 1-year window we don't offer refunds for unused credits as a rule. Exceptions are handled case-by-case β email us if your situation is unusual (extended illness, account error, duplicate charge, etc.).
3. Failed AI calls
If an AI call fails before producing any tokens, you are not charged. If a call fails partway through (the model started responding but the connection dropped), you are charged for the tokens that were actually produced. Both outcomes are recorded in your usage log under Settings β Billing β Usage so you can verify any charge.
4. Disputes and chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please email [email protected]. We resolve almost everything within a few days. Chargebacks cost both sides time and money; refunds are usually faster.
5. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
- Include the date and amount of the purchase.
- If you have it, include the Paddle order ID (visible in your receipt email).
We aim to respond within one business day.
